Breaking bad habits: chickie style.
bloody hell!!! I know that licking all of the flavor off the bbq shapes and throwing away the biscut is WRONG…. but sometimes its just what I want to do…
And YES I DO KNOW THAT THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL IS CRAP,
but sometimes at 4.30 when I’m wandering past the tv, it just calls out to me:
“sue…. oh sue…… stephanie is being mean to brooke again…. save her….. sue…..”
Procrastinating, putting yourself down and not believing in yourself are all shocking habits too…. But it’s the habits of a lifetime that are often the trickiest habits of all to break.
So chickies, confess your deepest sins….. what’s your worst habit? And how the hell do you even start to go about stomping it out? Is it just one little baby step at a time???
(oh and please tell me someone else licks the flavor off bbq shapes… so I don’t feel so dirty and alone…)
